Received in 2013 to commemorate the achievement of 1 million steps by the "Kawasaki City Takatsu District 10,000 Steps a Day Walking Group". The design features the letter "T" for Takatsu Ward within the Kawasaki City "City Emblem".
It is unused and unopened, but was opened for this listing to confirm its functionality (no issues with color change due to temperature).
